The other day we were feeling very frustrated and impatient with our current living situation. We also felt that we were treading water spiritually. We know that God has it in control, but it's easier to worry and to want to do things in our own time. We decided to crack open the Bible for some guidance. We read 1 Kings 5:1-5 and the moral of the story is that we don't need our dreams fulfilled today, but concentrate on how God has carried us through the battles. We feel blessed that we have been taken care of the whole way, and that another living situation is even possible. We know that God has even better blessings coming our way in His time, not ours. It was amazing to see how once we prayed and read the Bible that God placed people and encouraging words everywhere we went. Keep praying that we would be able to bond together as a couple spiritually so that we can realize the things that God has planned for.

Feeling Fine in 2009!
Here is a picture of Kyle working out on his arm bike. He got this piece of equipment to use at home a few weeks ago and hasn't stopped pedaling! It's amazing how his arms are getting more muscular! Our goal together is to be fit and healthy... i know, i know, that's every one's new years resolution, but we're determined!
