Aqua therapy!
Today was Kyle's first day of aqua therapy! He was so proud that he was able to float by the end of the session without any flotation devices! The therapist helped him overcome his fears by explaining the benefits of being in the water. It will help with his balance and trunk muscles, help him gain independence and loosen & range his muscles. Being in the pool helped boost his confidence and made him feel weightless and free!

HoffS FiNd A nEw FrIeNd!
The next time you come to visit us, there might be a chance that you will encounter a visit from Moses. No, not Bible Moses..... Moses the cat! Recently this furry fellow has be lurking around our yard. Although it doesn't seem to have a home, it is aparent that Moses does have a girlfriend! They were found romping in our yard late at night and one of the nurses had to break it up! Since we are bigger fans of dogs than we are cats we didn't give it much thought, but Moses seemed to have a different agenda. He not only walks around in our yard, but meows at the door and tries to come in! Not sure what to do with the Moses situation, so visit our poll :)

Eat, Drink, Stink!
Some of you are probably wondering what the photo is all about. Well... last Saturday we went to a garlic festival in Easton. We went with our friends April and Katherine and had such a great time tasting produce from local farmers. We stank so bad! We were encouraged to eat, drink & stink! The man in the picture with us was a vendor there who was selling these solar powered cooking stations. He was very sweet to take a quick photo with us.
Another thing you might be wondering about our blog is our "thank you" section. We have decided that it would be more special to honor one person a week by thanking them on our blog. We want everyone to know that you shouldn't be offended if your name wasn't first or if you haven't seen your name yet. Our list of thank yous is a mile long! Our list does NOT go in order of importance. We hope that everyone understands how appreciative we are of all the help we received during Kyle's recovery!

Hi Friends and Family!
Can you believe that we actually have a blog?! I know, pretty advanced stuff! Lets just say thank God for our friend April and all her help. The reason for our blog, is so that we can keep everyone updated all at once about the progress that Kyle is making. So enjoy reading our story and bear with us as we figure this thing out!
